Vehicle appraisal for the UK motor trade
Book a demo

Thirty minutes, one of your cars.

Send a registration in advance and we will appraise it live. You see the grade, the frames and the report on a vehicle you already know.

  • Someone from the product team, not a sales sequence
  • Your car, your standard: NAMA, BVRLA or both
  • Segment-specific: we show the view your operators would use

What happens in the thirty minutes

Your car, graded while you watch.

  1. 01Before the callSend a registration with the form, or bring one. It should be a car you know well, so you can judge what the appraisal finds against what you already know about it.
  2. 02The walkaroundThe car is filmed on the guided route and you watch the analysis run, stage by stage. It takes a few minutes, and we do not pretend otherwise.
  3. 03The findingsEach finding opened to the still it was seen in, with its measurement, the rule that judged it and its price, or the word unpriced where no rate exists. Ask about any of them; that is what the frames are for.
  4. 04The grade and the verdictsThe NAMA grade and the reasoning behind it, and the BVRLA fair wear and tear verdict on each finding. If your operation works to one standard and not the other, we show that one.
  5. 05Getting it outThe report PDF, the appraisal history kept against the registration, and how the partner API or the embed would fit your own systems.

Customer self-return and cross-company handoff are in development and are not part of the demo. Nothing in development is shown as if it runs. See the roadmap →

Before you book

What people ask about the demo.

Which car should we bring?

One you know well, ideally with damage you can point to, so you can judge what the appraisal finds against what you already know. A van is fine: a light commercial vehicle is graded as a van, with load-bay tolerances for the load bay.

Who should be on the call?

Whoever signs off a grade or a recharge today, and whoever would film. If the partner API or the embed matters to you, bring someone who looks after your systems and we will go through how it would fit.

What does it cost?

Pricing is not published. It depends on volume, and we quote once we understand the shape of your operation. The fee in the calculator on the home page is illustrative, not a price list.

What happens to the details we send?

They are used only to arrange the demo. There is no mailing list. The privacy notice sets out what is kept and for how long.
