Embed on your own site
The lookup and the appraisal can run inside your own website or portal. Embed tokens are issued per partner, expire, are stored hashed, and are accepted only from the web address they were issued for. Where your brand is set up, the embed wears your colours and logo.Partner API
Send a registration and a video URL; read the appraisal back, or have it delivered to a webhook when it is ready. Keys are stored hashed, carry scopes that limit what each one can reach, and have daily call and spend ceilings.Report PDF

Where your data is
The service and its database are hosted by Debut Deploy on Hetzner Cloud servers in Falkenstein, Germany, inside the EU. We do not claim UK hosting. Frames and the audio transcript of each walkaround are sent to OpenAI in the United States to be analysed; that is the one point at which footage leaves our systems.How long it is kept
Frames extracted from a walkaround are kept with the appraisal for six months. The privacy notice sets out the retention of everything else.Data-processing terms
